We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and improve operational efficiency across our client's organisation. Ideally, you will have experience in both Transport and Warehousing.
Staffline is recruiting an Operations Manager in Telford.
The rate of pay is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
This is a full-time permanent role working fixed day shifts and the hours of work are: - 9am to 5:30pm
Your Time at Work
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring processes run smoothly, resources are used effectively, and strategic objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure business processes are efficient and effective - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives - Lead, mentor, and develop team members across multiple departments - Analyse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with senior leadership to support business strategy - Ensure compliance with UK regulations, including health and safety standards - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
