They are responsible for ensuring that the service is consistently delivered, ensuring the most efficient and effective service is provided to a high level of quality, ensuring best value for money for the customer and DVSA. They are responsible for ensuring effective plans are in place, so that staff understand and comply with the agreed technical and quality standards, by leading a team who are responsible for creating and maintaining effective operational processes and procedures.
