Operations Manager\n West Yorkshire \n\n I’m currently working with a well-established UK construction contractor to appoint an experienced Construction Operations Manager. This organisation delivers major projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, justice, defence, covering new build, refurbishment and complex engineering schemes. This is a senior operational role, suited to someone who has experience overseeing multiple projects and leading teams in a large, structured contractor environment. \n\n The Construction Operations Manager will take responsibility for operational performance across a portfolio of live projects.

You’ll work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and site teams to ensure safe, efficient and commercially sound delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
