Organisation Eating Matters Location Norwich – Office based Contract type Permanent Salary Salary £30,724 per annum FTE Hours 3 - 4 days per week Date posted 08/01/2026 Closing date 05/02/2026 The Organisation – Eating Matters is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) based in Norwich providing counselling support to people of all ages living in Norfolk and the Waveney area of Suffolk with a mild to moderate eating disorder / disordered eating. The Job – We are looking for a part time Operations Manager to work 3 or 4 days per week from our premises in Norwich. The Operations Manager will be supporting our counsellors, administration team and the CEO in the day to day running of our small, but busy charity where our clients are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a senior role which involves overseeing the provision of services. The Applicant will work closely with the CEO and be involved in making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures within a confidential environment. The successful candidate will need to have a standard DBS check.
