We're recruiting an Operations Manager - Birmingham (Hybrid)\n \n Salary: £62,537 + 4% pay award from April 2026\n Driving licence required\n \n We're supporting our client in hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead their maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio.\n \n In this role, you will:\n * Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance\n * Manage Trade Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors\n * Ensure high‑quality, customer‑focused service delivery\n * Lead on void property turnaround and social housing operations\n * Drive performance while meeting time, cost and quality targets\n \n What we're looking for:\n * Experience in social housing\n * Strong knowledge of void property processes\n * Proven leadership of operational or technical teams\n * Technical/trade background is highly desirable\n * Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills\n * Full UK driving licence
