Job Summary: Rolling Suds of Birmingham is growing and we need a leader who wants to grow with us. As we expand to dominate the market, you'll have opportunities to grow into larger operational and business leadership roles. No power washing experience needed - we're looking for drive, leadership, and ambition.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with company ownership to align operations with company goals
· Manage all field-service team members
· Control job scheduling for each crew
· Run pre-shift meetings to review job requirements with each crew
· Maintain equipment and track maintenance schedules
· Lead and assist large commercial jobs
· Assist crews when additional labor is needed
· Learn our business and help shape our growth strategy
Requirements:
· Experience leading teams
· Excellent communication skills
· Ambition to grow your career with a growing company
· Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and processes
· Capability to lift and operate heavy equipment
· Ability to work in outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions
· Willingness to operate equipment at heights
· Clean drivers abstract
· High school diploma or equivalent
