Operations Manager (HV/DNO)

£90,000 - £100,000 + Progression + Guaranteed Bonus + Car

Do you have an operational background in DNO, substation, or high-voltage environments, looking for a new role where you can lead the development of a new HV division, build and grow your own team, progress toward a directorship position, and benefit from an excellent package including company benefits and an annual bonus?

They provide electrical engineering and construction services across multiple industries such as Oil and Gas, Renewables, Manufacturing, healthcare and more, ever expanding and taking on bigger projects.

This role is split between the office and site visits UK wide You will lead early project discussions from a design and delivery perspective, acting as the key escalation point for clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, and support the project team in negotiating variations, extensions of time and escalations in a collaborative manner. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients during tender and validation stages, keeping them informed of any cost changes, programme updates, or lead time considerations.

This role would suit someone with an Operational background within a DNO, substation, or high-voltage environment looking for a managerial role with the opportunity to grow a team.
