Operations Manager - Creative Remote

As Head of Operations at Shuttle, you'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence, scaling our business processes to support rapid growth. You'll also be involved in financial management and investor relations.
Oversee cloud financial operations (FinOps) and working with engineering teams to establish best practices
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
Demonstrable examples of taking initiative and driving complex projects to completion
~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making

Bonus points
Experience of working in a cloud enabled company, good understanding of its impact on it business processes and ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure decisions
Knowledge of AI/ML operations and their impact on business processes
Knowledge of financial planning and main KPIs (including cloud cost optimization and unit economics)
Track record of successful fundraising support or financial strategy in a startup environment
Familiarity with a programming language or strong interest in learning
Drive the scaling of a high-growth startup in the exciting intersection of DevOps and AI
