As they continue to evolve and improve their services, your expertise will be pivotal in making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs the Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality 'front of house' services, including:\n\nManagement of Operational Services: Ensure smooth property and building maintenance, catering, housekeeping, and customer services.\nHealth and Safety Compliance: Provide proactive support to the Senior Management Team on all health and safety matters.\nTeam Leadership: Foster a culture of trust and open communication while managing and developing your team.\nContract Management: Negotiate and review contracts to ensure value for money and quality service delivery.\nBuilding Maintenance Oversight: Ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n\nA recognised qualification such as IOSH or a BSc/BA in Safety Management.\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).\nExtensive experience in operational services within a care environment.\nProven ability to manage change and draught health and safety policies.\nStrong skills in customer relationship management and negotiating contracts.\nA keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.\nThe ability to create effective working relationships with various stakeholders. \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive annual salary of £50,000.\nFull-time permanent position.\nOpportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic environment with over 130 dedicated staff members.\nA chance to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
