We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to support and enhance the day-to-day operations of a wonderful luxury lifestyle business. This is a broad, hands-on role within a small team, offering exposure across the full operational lifecycle.

You will play an important part in helping our wholesale, logistics, and inventory functions run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the wider commercial objectives of the business. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a positive, flexible approach and a willingness to get involved across different areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Operations

• Support seasonal wholesale order processing using Zedonk (PLM) and other relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for wholesale partners, working closely with internal teams.
• Assist with global order allocation, delivery tracking, order status updates, and stockist availability.
• Build and maintain wholesale critical paths, helping to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor sell-through and reorders in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Support alignment of wholesale operations with margin targets, MOQs, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with post-season reporting, including operational KPIs, order performance, and cancellations.
• Help resolve shipping and operational issues in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate wholesale pricing, terms, and inventory data across systems.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate the flow of goods from production facilities to warehouses, retail and wholesale partners, and end customers.
• Support the optimisation of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes with a focus on efficiency and cost control.

Inventory Management

• Help oversee inventory levels across wholesale and e-commerce channels.
• Conduct regular stock reviews and support reconciliation between physical stock and system data.
• Track product lifecycles from intake through replenishment or clearance.
• Ensure product information remains accurate across all internal systems.

Systems Support

• Support the day-to-day running of Zedonk (PLM), e-commerce integrations, and general technical operations.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and contribute to initiatives that enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Financial Reporting

• Assist with monitoring operational budgets and tracking departmental spend.
• Provide insights to support efficiency improvements and overall operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and Design teams to support alignment with the broader business strategy.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a logistics and operations role within the premium or luxury fashion/ lifestyle industry.
• A good understanding of wholesale operations, logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• A confident and clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in a small team and taking a hands-on approach.
