The Role


As an Operations Graduate, you’ll sit at the heart of the customer experience. Your primary focus will be supporting clients through onboarding and day-to-day enquiries, making sure every interaction is clear, empathetic, and professional.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and gain first-hand exposure to how a regulated fintech operates and scales.


What You’ll Do


  • Guide new customers through onboarding
  • Respond to client enquiries with empathy and clarity
  • Support operational processes and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with compliance and product teams to ensure a smooth client journey
  • Identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas


What We’re Looking For


  • Completed UK degree with a 2:1 or higher
  • Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help people
  • Confident, clear communicator in client-facing situations
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn


Nice to Have


  • Interest in Islamic or ethical finance
