MHC Mobility is our European sister company for Novuna Vehicle Solutions, operating across 7 countries across Europe offering vehicle leasing and fleet management services to help our customers navigate the challenges of operating local and international fleets.
What does the role involve?
Working as part of a small team here in the UK you'll support the Strategic Operations Manager with operational processes and projects across all areas of our MHC Mobility business, liaising with colleagues and senior stakeholders in the Mobility businesses as well as within Novuna Vehicle Solutions and the MHCUK Group. This fantastic opportunity will give you exposure across many different functions - from Operations, to Governance, to Marketing - playing a key role in bringing our subsidiary network together.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Being a point of contact for colleagues in our European Subsidiary network, managing queries and facilitating best practice and collaborative ways of working
- Supporting with the production of reports, such as Board and Internal Audit reports
- Responsibility for back office organisation and administration tasks
- Leveraging technology to enhance efficiencies across the group
- Working with our subsidiary teams to coordinate collaboration and follow-up activities
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role you'll need a real can-do attitude, showcasing your ability to be proactive and take ownership of your work. Naturally, you'll thrive on the variety that this role brings, and you'll have a flair for developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at all levels. Previous experience in a corporate environment where you can demonstrate excellent ways of working and/or a business related degree would be advantageous.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to source and deliver accurate information working to deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, and the confidence and professionalism to liaise with senior stakeholders Managing Director level)
- Attention to detail and innovative problem solving skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
