MEP Operations Director London / Ireland £160,000 £175,000 + Profit Share + Executive PackageWe are partnering with a leading, high-growth engineering delivery specialist with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across data centres and commercial sectors.Due to continued expansion and a significant secured pipeline, they are seeking an experienced MEP Operations Director to take full ownership of project delivery, operational performance, and strategic growth across the business.This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving performance across multiple projects, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all MEP operations.As MEP Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery function, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.You will operate at both a strategic and operational level, working closely with senior leadership, clients, and project teams to drive programme performance, commercial success, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for MEP operations and project delivery across multiple large-scale projects Lead and manage Project Directors, Project Managers, and delivery teams Drive performance across programme, quality, safety, and commercial targets Own P&L, cost control, and project profitability across the portfolio Act as the senior client interface, building and maintaining key relationships Oversee pre-construction, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handover Implement and improve operational processes, systems, and best practices Identify and manage risk across projects and the wider business Support business development, tender strategy, and growth plans Ensure consistent delivery of high-value, mission-critical projects About YouProven experience as an Operations Director / Project Director / Senior Delivery Lead Strong background in MEP delivery across data centre and/or large commercial projects Track record managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and project performance Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities Strong client-facing experience at senior level Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery expertise Whats on Offer£160,000 £175,000 base salary Profit share scheme Car allowance Executive benefits package Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, market-leading business Long-term career progression at senior leadership level JBRP1_UKTJ
