Offering a generous salary of £85,000pa plus bonus and a car this role isn’t one to be missed.Working in a small team that packs a lot of power, some of the responsibilities as Operations Director are:Leading the business operations and team on a day-to-day basisWorking loosely with the Works Manager to produce competitive and comprehensive pricing to clientsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying tender opportunities and completing tender documentsPlanning of projects and guiding the Labour Manager to ensure the best use of labour availableBudget managementWorking with the external HSQE Consultant to ensure compliance at all timesManaging large, multi-site teamsWhat do they need from you?Our client is looking for an individual with solid rail experience within a Senior Operations Management position and preferably with Project Management and pricing experience.Though an HND/HNC in Civil Engineering would be great, it isn’t a requirement for this role. The successful individual will need to hold a valid PTS, SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely but provided you have all the right experience, this can be arranged once in post.This is a truly exciting experience for a company that is steadily growing.
