Lead operations across a portfolio of late:night, creative and experiential venues Drive guest experience, operational standards and commercial performance Oversee new site openings from concept through to launch Work closely with the founders on strategy, growth and brand development Develop and mentor operational leaders across the business Ensure licensing, safety and compliance standards are maintained Champion innovation, creativity and operational excellence

Candidate Profile:
