Operations Director / Projects Director - Construction - Hybrid London Low-Volume, High-End Residential

We are advising a well-capitalised, privately owned residential construction business specialising in low-volume, high-end housing on the appointment of an Operations Director / Projects Director. Reporting to the Board, this role will assume full responsibility for the operational delivery of a portfolio of bespoke residential projects across the South of England. The successful candidate will provide senior leadership across programme, quality, health & safety, and site performance, while strengthening operational controls to support the next phase of growth. This appointment requires a credible, delivery-led operator with deep experience in residential construction, comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity while building scalable operational capability within a growing business.
