A well-established Chinese spirits company is setting up its Hong Kong office and seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their premium spirits brands (Whisky / Brandy). This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving brand development and overseeing daily operations in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational strategy and execution for premium spirits brands. Optimise operations based on market conditions, including supply chain and inventory management to ensure logistics efficiency and cost effectiveness. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, monitor sales and distribution channel performance. Coordinate financial budgeting and work closely with finance teams. Collaborate with the marketing department to build brand awareness and drive sales through event planning and partnerships. Lead and manage daily operations to support business growth in Hong Kong.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or above in Whisky and/or Brandy brands. Candidates with previous experience at LVMH / MHD / Telford / Pernod Ricard are highly preferred and may negotiate a higher package. Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, and brand building in the spirits industry. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (to liaise with headquarters in China).
