Your tasks will include:\n\nPreparing and distributing Purchase Orders\nVerifying Purchase Orders and Subcontractor invoices\nManaging drawing folders and schedules on SharePoint\nPreparing Site Files & Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&MMs)\nArranging access to buildings for personnel and suppliers\nManaging temporary staff timesheets\nCommunicating Client Variation Orders with the Accounts department\nOverseeing office administration duties, including managing reception and correspondenceEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nProven experience in project administration or similar role\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nExperience in the construction industry\nFamiliarity with Purchase Order systems\nPrevious experience supporting senior management\nKnowledge of project management softwareTechnologies:\n\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nSharePoint\nProject management toolsHow to apply:\n If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a passionate team, we want to hear from you!
