Job Description Our Lutterworth site have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Controller to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Salary: £29,725 per annum. Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am. As the Operations Controller, you will contribute to the success of the site by supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that all schedules for inbound receipts and outbound loads are run efficiently. Responsibilities of the Operations Controller include: Efficiently managing the outbound schedule to ensure collection and delivery times are met. Issuing instructions to designated staff to maintain a smooth flow of inbound and outbound work. Controlling paperwork for outbound vehicles, ensuring 100% accuracy. Being the initial point of contact for all drivers arriving on site. Communicating issues to Shift Managers in a timely manner to minimise disruption to the schedule. Participating as ...
