Operations Assistant - Derby - Pipe and Climate Centre

As an Operations Assistant based in Derby, you’ll be responsible for:  

• General Warehouse duties.

• Picking and packing customer orders, locating stock.

• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.

• You will need to support the Trade Counter as required providing exceptional customer service at all times.

• Making proactive sales calls.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.

• Previous sales and customer service experience.

• Confidence in engaging with customers and delivering outstanding. customer service.

• FLT experience would be an advantage.
