Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day office, 4 days WFH)

Salary: £24,000
We are partnering with a fast-growing global business in the logistics and supply chain sector that’s on the hunt for an ambitious Operations Assistant to join their expanding UK team.
This is not your average admin role, you’ll be at the centre of international operations, working across multiple projects and client accounts, from onboarding and order management right through to daily delivery and long-term growth strategy. You’ll be liaising with clients across the UK, Europe, and the US, coordinating with manufacturing teams in Asia, and supporting warehousing and e-commerce fulfilment in Europe and the UK.
From day one, you’ll be collaborating with senior decision-makers, solving problems on the fly, and making a real impact. In this role, you will:
- Support client onboarding and day-to-day account management
- Coordinate timelines, forecasts, and daily operations across multiple markets
- Liaise with internal teams and international partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Manage client communications, providing updates, insights, and solutions
- Assist with e-commerce fulfilment and third-party warehouse logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction

- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re excited to work across time zones, collaborate with diverse teams, and tackle challenges head-on.
- You’ll likely be a graduate or have some work experience, ideally in a customer-facing or analytical role, and be eager to grow into more responsibility as the company expands.
- Strong communication skills are essential, along with confidence using Excel, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a client-first mindset.
