  • Managing incoming documentation from subcontractors and consultants, ensuring it is logged, reviewed, and processed promptly
  • Reviewing as-built information and O&M content to ensure compliance with project and client requirements
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks, including non-technical reviews of O&M manuals
  • Extracting and organising information to complete equipment schedules and asset registers
  • Managing actions, tracking outstanding information, and closing tasks in line with project deadlines
  • Maintaining project information systems and tools to ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Identifying missing, incorrect, or non-compliant information and escalating issues where necessary
  • Supporting continuous improvement by providing feedback on systems and processes
  • Communicating with clients and subcontractors via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Supporting and assisting with training or guidance for new team members when required

Required Skills

  • Highly dependable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Confident managing documentation and data in a structured, logical manner
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
  • Methodical, proactive, and able to work on their own initiative
  • A “completer-finisher” with a questioning and quality-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Desirable experience (but not essential):
  • Experience working with O&M manuals, document control, or handover documentation
  • Construction industry background, ideally with an understanding of M&E
  • Familiarity with document management or information control systems
