Operations and HR Lead - Bournemouth - Term Time - Up to £34,232 About the Role: An exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Operations and HR Lead to join a fast-paced academy environment. You'll take ownership of office operations, lead the admin team, and manage key HR processes while supporting senior leadership.
