Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic organisation, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join their operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing processes, solving problems, and helping businesses improve efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collect, interpret, and present data to support business decisions and strategy
- Assist in creating performance reports and dashboards
- Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization or dashboard tools is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and operational efficiency
