Job Description
My Client are a Mid-Market P.E Backed, Advisory & Professional Services Firm (Top 40) recruiting for an Operations & Transformation Analyst - Integration (PMI) to join their Strategy & Transformation Team on a 12m FTC. This is an urgent requirement for my Client - so ideally you will be immediately available, but definitely having no longer than a month's notice.
This is a hands-on, high-impact support role sitting at the heart of their Integration Management Office (IMO). You'll work directly alongside the Post Merger Integration Manager and wider transformation team to keep integration workstreams running smoothly — analysing operational data, tracking progress, producing high-quality executive reporting, and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
My Client are in a period of exciting growth, so the successful incumbent will need to be a structured, diligent, and change-driven individual....that is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, accurately, and at pace.
Role Priorities:
Support the Transformation team and Post Merger Integration (PMI)
Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations
Analyse operational data
Monitor and report on integration progress
Support Day 1 and post-merger operational readiness
Assist with business change communications
Facilitate logistics for integration meetings and workshops
To Succeed, you will need:
✅ 2–5 years of experience in an operations, business analysis, PMO, or transformation a
✅ Solid Excel & Powerpoint skills
✅ Exposure to programme governance frameworks, RAID management, or PMO processes
✅ Experience supporting or working within a merger, acquisition, or large-scale integration programme
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ideally you will have a Consulting / P.E / Professional Services background, with experience of integrations and experience in Project or Programme Management - MS Project, Monday.com or Smartsheet
