Barchester Healthcare is looking for an outstanding Operational Trainer to co-ordinate and deliver training against company objectives and training statistics. This role is paramount to delivering an excellent quality of care for our patients and residents and to maintain the safety of our workforce. As Operational Trainer you will act as a DLP Champion for homes and hospitals in your region, promote e-learning, keep up to date with new developments and assist staff to access and complete their e-learning. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure the homes and hospitals are meeting all induction and refresher, statutory and mandatory training standards, including: Safeguarding (including MCA/DoLs), Care Certificate completion, Customer Care, Equality & Diversity, LGBT+ Fire Drills, Manual Handling or Moving Handling Static Loads Practical & Basic Life Support / CPR (including choking) Hospital Specific Training - Risk Management, Safety Interventions, PBS, Clinical Risk /Safe & Therapeutic Obs.
