Your new role As an Operations Support Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex installation projects with precision and accountability. Acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll ensure operational integrity, financial discipline and compliance across all project phases. Your responsibilities will include: Managing project lifecycle documentation and governance Overseeing logistics, fleet and accommodation planning Monitoring financial performance, cost control and invoicing processes Reviewing RAMS, ITPs and handover documentation to meet client and regulatory standards Driving continuous improvement and supporting team development.
