Role: Operational Risk Analyst Industry: Commodities/Shipping Location: Central London (hybrid) Salary: Up to £95k (depending on experience)
A global supplier of marine fuel are offering the opportunity for an Operational Risk Analyst to join their growing middle office team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a risk, compliance or internal audit position in a relevant industry (eg commodities, shipping, bunkering).
Key Responsibilities of the Operational Risk Analyst: Support the rollout of the Operational Risk Framework across commercial and operational areas Review and enhance policies to promote risk awareness and influence a strong risk culture Investigate incidents, identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements Lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls and drive risk mitigation Identify and implement process efficiencies, leveraging automation where possible Maintain and enhance business process documentation and controls via iServer, ensuring continuous improvement
