Were looking for an accomplished Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Manager to take ownership of our global crisis management and continuity strategy.In this critical role, you will ensure the organisation remains resilient against operational disruptions, protecting both member and colleague experience.
Youll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust frameworks for crisis response, disaster recovery, and continuity planning.Working in close partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and drive rapid recovery during incidentskeeping our operations strong and our members supported when it matters most.
As our new Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Manager, you will also:
Develop and maintain global Crisis Management Framework and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
Lead global crisis response during major incidents, ensuring effective communication and rapid recovery.
Embed resilience principles into organisational culture and operations.
Coordinate scenario planning, tabletop exercises, and simulations across all business units.
Oversee supplier and third-party resilience compliance to minimise external risks.
We are looking for:
A strong academic foundation or equivalent experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, or a related discipline.
A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex scenarios and deliver practical, effective solutions.
An exceptional communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
Skilled in data analysis, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
