Renowned for product quality, innovation, and continuous investment in their people and facilities, they are now seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to support ongoing transformation across the site.

The Role:

The Person:

Experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in continuous improvement Lean Six Sigma experience (ideally Green Belt+ level) Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills
