With more than 200 years history, join us and help to accelerate the transition to net-zero! /n/nAs an Operational Procurement Business Partner, you'll support JM's mission in sustainable technology by leading procurement at the site and across key procure-to-pay (P2P) activities across your region.
You'll ensure compliance with global procurement policies, manage supplier performance, and serve as the link between global strategy and local business needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for all procurement of goods and services at the site, drive process excellence and policy adherence, foster collaboration, and support continuous improvement to help deliver impactful, sustainable outcomes./n/n The role: /n/nActing as the primary contact for local stakeholders, supporting end-to-end procurement and identifying improvement opportunities./nUnderstanding local site requirements and advising on suitable solutions and procurement processes./nActing as a liaison between site teams, suppliers and category managers for supplier performance./nSupporting the local implementation of supplier agreements, aligned with savings strategies./nDriving effective and compliant use of Coupa, SAP and other procurement tools./nCollaborating across regions and categories to identify process gaps and support improvements./n Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: /n/nExperience in sourcing, procurement operations and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes./nKnowledge of procurement best practices, negotiation and contract management./nAbility to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures and time zones./nExperience working in complex organisational environments./nProficiency in ERP and procurement systems such as SAP or Coupa./nA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills./n What we offer: /n/nCompetitive retirement savings/nCompany matched Share Incentive Plan/nLife Assurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness/nMedical plans/health assessments/nRetailer and Wellbeing discounts/nCompetitive annual incentive plan/nReady to make a meaningful impact on your career and the environment?
