About the Operational Business Lead Role

As Operational Business Lead, within Specialist and Wholesale division within the Professional indemnity space you will play a pivotal role co-ordinating the daily operations of our business, ensuring high-quality service delivery across teams and driving continuous improvement. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about operational effectiveness, people development, and contributing positively to the success of a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities – Operational Leadership & Process ImprovementWhat We’re Looking For in Our Operational Business LeadMoving forward you may have responsibility for operational admin support roles and therefore previous leadership skills would be advantageous although we are happy to support this progression via our award winning inhouse Learning Team and theleadership courses available.
