Onsite Desktop Support Engineer

Provide responsive and high-quality IT support to users via the internal Helpdesk. Deliver IT inductions to new joiners as part of the onboarding programme. Maintain and upgrade systems, improving processes and identifying root causes of technical issues. Manage and support desktops, mobile devices, telecoms, and security systems. Collaborate with and support third-party vendors and service providers. Document system configurations, processes, and service records accurately. Contribute to the smooth daily running of the office environment. What We’re Looking For: Solid understanding of Windows 11 configuration and security best practices. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive). Exposure to Intune, Defender, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager (desirable). Knowledge of UCaaS/SaaS voice solutions (Vonage experience is a plus). Familiarity with printing solutions (Uniflow desirable), hot desking/meeting room systems (e.g., Condeco). Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routing) and security principles (e.g., Firewalls, XDR/EDR). Awareness of ITIL principles; exposure to ManageEngine Service Desk Plus is beneficial.
