Your role as an On-Site Coordinator:
- Coordinate daily staffing requirements and manage worker check-ins
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Google Sheets
- Act as the primary point of contact for both the client and the temporary workforce
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on-site
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new workers
