Desirable requirements for On-site Manager:

  • Competency with computers and Google packages.
  • Good communicator, ambitious and have a keen eye for technology advancements such as AI.

Your role as an On-site Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and maintain strong client relationships on-site.
  • Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes for the facility.
  • Utilize recruitment software and technology to track performance and improve efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for temporary workers and site management.
