The Position – One-to-One Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are seeking a compassionate and dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a welcoming primary school in Lambeth. The role involves providing tailored 1:1 support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access learning, maintain focus, and develop independence. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt tasks, implement effective strategies, and monitor progress. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs. This is a full-time, long-term role offering an immediate start and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s educational journey.
