Being an Oncology Homecare Nurse is more than just a job its an opportunity to make a real difference in peoples lives. You will support patients in their own homes or in mobile clinics, helping to reduce the stress, travel, and long waiting times often associated with hospital visits. You will be a vital part of the care team, providing comfort and reassurance to patients and their families.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality care at the forefront of oncology services. Your responsibilities may include blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV and oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and IM/SC injections. We value clinical excellence and provide the guidance and support you need to deliver safe, personalised 1-to-1 care, while also offering the autonomy to manage your own patients effectively.
The Role

As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in mobile units or clinics where required.
