Service Technician – Solar, Wind & Energy Storage
Location: Swindon, UK
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + bonus scheme
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Summary:
Based near Swindon, you’ll work across regional sites maintaining solar arrays, wind assets and battery storage systems. This is a field-based technician role with strong support from a centralised European engineering team.
Duties Include:
* Routine and reactive servicing of renewable assets
* Use of remote diagnostics and field-testing equipment
* Ensuring system availability targets are met
* Documenting work and reporting performance metrics
* Coordinating contractors and ensuring quality standards
Who You Are:
* Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent)
* Strong fault-finding abilities and safety-first mindset
* Driver with access to regional travel
* Familiarity with PV inverters, BESS systems, or turbine controls a plus
* Motivated by sustainability and technical growth
