Join a trusted oil & gas operations team in Eastern Ohio! We’re hiring a dependable Facility Technician for a direct-hire, full-time role in the Newcomerstown area. This is a hands-on field position perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset, oilfield experience, and a strong sense of responsibility. What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform daily maintenance and minor mechanical repairs (hoses, valves, fittings, etc.)
Monitor tank levels, pressures, and SCADA systems (automation)
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site equipment issues—mechanical, electrical, or automation-related
Maintain accurate digital logs and safety records
Complete Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and follow SPCC plan procedures
Assist with tank cleaning, site housekeeping, and pressure washing
Manage supply runs, filter replacements, and general upkeep
Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, contractors, and team members
Participate in on-call rotations and routine safety inspections
✅ What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in oilfield or field operations
Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable using tools and performing physical labor
Previous experience overseeing or coordinating with contractors is a plus
Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
