Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + performance bonuses

Are you an experienced and passionate OFSTED Registered Children’s Home Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage and develop a children’s residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for young people.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children’s home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment

*

Provide inspirational leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff teams

*

Maintain full compliance with OFSTED regulations, legislation, and company policies

*

Build and sustain strong relationships with children, families, and external professionals

*

Develop, review, and monitor personalised care plans tailored to individual needs

*

Promote the emotional wellbeing, safety, and development of every child

*

Lead on safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

*

Minimum 3 years’ recent experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager in children’s residential care

*

NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

*

Strong understanding of EBD and relevant childcare legislation

*

Proven leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills

*

Full UK driving licence
