Role Overview
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead two childrens homes supporting young people aged 818 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Requirements
Lead and inspire teams across two homes to deliver exceptional, child-centred care
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards
Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and external professionals
Manage operations, budgets, and staff development across both sites
Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a childrens residential setting (multi-site experience desirable)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted frameworks, and trauma-informed care
A compassionate leader with resilience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for improving young lives
