It’s working for a well know Operating and JV Partner to international REPE firms as well as Institutional capital. The firm have a very strong track record in Investment, Development and Asset Management and are responsible for some highly prestigious buildings in the capital. They have an AUM of over £2BN and this continues to expand.

They are currently growing their Office team and need an experienced and very driven Asset Manager. They like very proactive people who take an almost retail led approach to their office buildings, in terms of getting to know the occupiers/customers and working really collaboratively with them, as well as with their Investment Partners. They acquire and asset manage a mix of income generating assets as well as undertaking major development and refurbishment schemes.

Role involves: Working with the Development Team, the asset management of completed new developments, prime Central London buildings and mixed-use developments pre and post completion.
