Job Title: Office and Project Administrator\n\nLocation: Exeter\n\nSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience\n\nJob Type: Permanent, Full Time\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, 37.5 per week, flexible hours offered\n\nAbout us:\n\nRand Associates provides surveying services, consultancy, and software products to the social housing sector. Our clients include housing associations, local authorities, building contractors and consultants. We have offices in Reigate, Birkenhead, and Exeter.\n\nWe are part of the M3 Housing group of companies.
M3 publish the M3NHF Schedule of Rates and a range of associated products used for property maintenance, including M3Central, M3Vision and M3Pamwin.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nThis role combines three primary elements; data analysis and processing, general administrative duties, and the administration of the Exeter office. You will provide support for a small team working remotely across the UK ensuring that they have everything that they need to complete their day to day tasks effectively. You'll assist in reviewing the work that they produce to ensure that it's accurate and complete.\n\nYou'll help colleagues prepare data and reports for our clients you'll be expected to use various IT systems to process documentation.
You'll also be liaising with clients and their and you'll be expected to respond to queries.\n\nThe key duties for this role are:\n\nReviewing incoming data and resolving discrepancies\nData processing\nData entry from multiple sources\nLogging team progress\nAdministration of the Exeter office\nPreparing tender documentation\nAssisting in project setup and mobilisaiton\nManagement of surveying equipment and software\nPreparation of invoices and other documents\nSetting up, attending and chairing meetings as required\nMinuting meetings, managing action trackers and distributing documentation as required\nVerbal or written reporting to Head Of roles, Directors and others as required\nAnswering ad-hoc client, customer, and resident queriesIn addition, the candidate may be asked to:\n\nAttend interviews/presentations for projects\nAssist with bidding for projects\nAttend Company events as requiredThis job description only contains the main accountabilities relating to the role and does not describe in detail all the duties required to carry them out.\n\nThe Candidate:\n\nThe ideal candidate will excellent organisational skills and a good understanding of data.
