Office Administrator (Full-Time, 13-Month Contract) Location: Richmond, London (On-site at Head Office) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am

5pm Salary: £25,500

and now, were looking for someone like you to help us do just that. The Role

Were seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our Operations Team on a 13-month maternity cover contract . This is a busy, hands-on role with plenty of variety

no two days are the same. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key part in making sure the office operates efficiently while supporting our incredible care teams behind the scenes. Please note: This role also includes participation in an on-call rota (nights and weekends). For each on-call shift worked, time off in lieu (TOIL) will be granted. Key Responsibilities

Be the face of the office

answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional approach. Keep the office running

manage supplies, arrange maintenance, and keep everything organised. Support the team

coordinate training days, manage bookings for travel and accommodation, and assist with staff scheduling. Collaborate with colleagues

work closely with HR, clinical teams, and care coordinators to ensure seamless daily operations. Take part in the on-call rota to handle out-of-hours queries, with TOIL provided for your time. What Were Looking For

A confident communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner Previous experience in health administration is advantageous, but not essential Super organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities A quick learner who adapts easily to change Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and general office software Why Join Us?
