The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Managing office operations and administrative systems

* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

* Coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements

* Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems

* Supporting finance tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

* Ordering office supplies and managing supplier relationships

* Assisting senior management with ad hoc administrative duties

About You

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
