Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support within a busy office environment Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email Process customer invoicing for UK and export orders Manage credit control activities, including customer statements and payment follow-ups Maintain accurate financial records, including cash books and ERP updates Assist with month-end reporting and inventory reconciliation Process supplier invoices and prepare payments Support VAT reporting and general financial administration Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for the Sales Team Maintain internal systems including SharePoint and databases Provide general office support and cover for team members when required
