Our client, a prominent player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Off Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their team on a contract basis at RAF Coningsby.
Key Responsibilities:
Activity completion - Document all Part 145 work accurately, maintain airworthiness records, produce required reports, flag issues early, and keep personal maintenance competencies up to date.
Performance delivery - Hit Part 145 output targets and understand how your actions drive overall Continuing Airworthiness performance.
Procedures & standards - Work in full compliance with the Part 145 MOE and company procedures, challenging and improving processes where needed.
Safety management - Apply Human Factors and Error Management principles, understand operational risks, and actively promote SHE best practice in all maintenance tasks.
Regulatory compliance - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness regulations, support regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to requirements such as ITAR, EaPW and ISO.
Technical maintenance - Carry out detailed maintenance on Aircraft Role Equipment as an experienced, skilled technician.
Technical information use - Work confidently and independently from approved technical data and in line with the organisation's MOE.
