You will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing their deep-sea import shipments from initial booking through to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Manage deep-sea import operations from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary contact for client inquiries, problem-solving, and relationship development. Oversee invoicing and cost management to ensure profitability and accuracy. Maintain and monitor service expectations with key accounts, ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are met.
