You will complete a fully funded three-year Occupational Therapy degree apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive,experiencedand values-driven team.

The Adult Community Team supports adults over 18 by listening carefully, building strongrelationshipsand creating tailored plans that strengthen well-being and independence. You will work directly with people in their own homes and communities, helping them understand their needs, accesssupportand remain as independent as possible. The team works closely with health colleagues to prevent crises and promote local, sustainable solutions that make a real difference.

You will gain experience across varied and meaningful situations, guided by skilled Occupational Therapists who want you to succeed. You will be joining colleagues who value empathy, integrity, trust,compassionand person-centred care.

To be eligible for this role, you must be 18 or older, have lived in England for a minimum of three years, and have at least 12 months of relevant experience. You should be fluent in English, motivated to pursue a career as an Occupational Therapist, and meet all essential criteria outlined in the role description, including the required qualifications and UCAS points needed to apply for the Occupational Therapy Degree Apprenticeship.
