If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist Mental Health (Recovery & Rehabilitation Focus) looking to shape a service rather than inherit one, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence how recovery-focused occupational therapy is delivered from the outset. You will have the time, space, and authority to embed meaningful, outcomes-led practice with adults experiencing complex mental health needs.

This is a clinically credible role with genuine autonomy. You will work within a fully integrated multidisciplinary team, contributing directly to the therapeutic model while developing occupational therapy provision that supports independence, functional living, and community reintegration.

Package & Benefits Salary up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities Deliver recovery-focused occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs.
Design and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes that promote independence and quality of life.
Contribute clinical expertise to the development of the services therapeutic model and outcomes framework.

About You HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience working in adult mental health recovery or rehabilitation services.
Experience contributing to multidisciplinary team working within a mental health setting.
